Dhikr Gifting For Online Selling (trading as Dhikr Gifting, "Dhikr", "we", "us") is a sole establishment licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai, under commercial licence number 1608559 (Unified No. EZ1363). Our products
We describe and picture our products as accurately as we can. Natural materials such as stone, wood and amber vary in grain and tone, so each piece may differ slightly from its photograph. That variation is part of its character, not a fault.
Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will refund any payment in full.
Where we deliver
Physical products are sold and delivered within the United Arab Emirates only. Digital products are available worldwide. Full detail is in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the shop and may change over time. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
Our free tools
The Qur'an, du'as, tasbeeh, prayer times, 99 Names and halal tracker are offered free, as they are, for personal and devotional use. We work to keep them accurate, and the Qur'anic text and translations are drawn from trusted public-domain sources, but we cannot warrant that every detail is free of error. They are aids to worship, not a substitute for scholarly guidance.
Digital products
When you buy a digital product from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and your household. You are welcome to print a copy for your own use. Please do not resell it, distribute it, or share the download link publicly. The work remains the property of Dhikr Gifting.
Digital products are delivered by email after payment. Because they cannot be returned once downloaded, they are non-refundable after download, except where a file is faulty or not as described. Please see our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The Dhikr name, logo, designs and original content on this site belong to Dhikr Gifting and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission.
Acceptable use
Please use our site lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse it, or infringe the rights of others.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product you purchased. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
